How to view a molecule in 3D
Short answer: Click Show 3D viewer at the bottom of the atom palette. Drag to rotate the model. Use 3D Clean Up to pose the 2D drawing.

The steps in text
Step 1: Draw cyclohexane
- Open the C6 ring menu and pick Flat C6.
- Click an empty spot.
Step 2: Open the 3D viewer
- Click Show 3D viewer at the bottom of the atom palette. It shows two arrows.
Step 3: Use 3D Clean Up
- Click 3D Clean Up in the tools row. It is the cube button.
