How to add ligands and functional groups
Short answer: Open the Library, switch to Ligands and add pyridine and triphenylphosphine.

The steps in text
Step 1: Add pyridine
- Click Library at the right end of the ring bar.
- Click the Ligands tab. Click Pyridine.
- Click an empty spot on the canvas.
Step 2: Add triphenylphosphine
- Open the Library again. Pick Ligands.
- Click Triphenylphosphine. Click an empty spot.
