How to use ring templates and the structure library

Short answer: Place a ring from the ring bar, then add a ready-made amino acid from the Library.

The steps in text

Step 1: Place cyclopentane

  1. Click the pentagon in the ring bar at the bottom.
  2. Click an empty spot.

Step 2: Add glycine from the Library

  1. Click Library at the right end of the ring bar.
  2. Click Glycine.
  3. Click an empty spot on the canvas.
