MolDraw makes a suggestion when trying to add an atom (i.e. H) to an existing one (i.e. C). I think it's irritating when drawing, as it seems to me, that I can click the atom and it will add the H. But thats not the case. If I click the C it will exchange it for a H. I'd get rid of the hashed line and greyed out atom entirely and only have it for adding additional atoms of the same type. In education mode this has be off by default.

I’d like to draw sugars as clean Haworth projections with the thicker front lines (Wikipedia example attached). However if I draw the closer end with thick lines or wedge and thick lines the edges of the lines do not join. Screenshots attached. Thanks, Joseph

The current view of the NMR predict, with the molecule, would be copied to clipboard so it can be pasted in the 2D layout or in a presentation directly.
The current view in the 3D panel would be copied to the clipboard. In this way, it can be pasted on the 2D layout easily.
An icon to copy all the data in the INFO tool at once, or export to a table. It would be useful if it could be copy/pasted on the 2D layout in an easy once step way.
Can you place all the coloring and highlight of bonds and lone pair in one place. Now, if I want to color any bond, I have to do it in Color and Style button in the top toolbar and the highlighting of bond is on the right-click menu, and highlighting and coloring lone pairs only on the right-click menu Also, can you add a feature to color/highlight a sigma bond or two sigma bonds of double and triple bonds.
Scrolling in My designs window is missing to view all the designs.
I think it would be helpful to add a reaction-plus button to the left-hand toolbar, making it quicker and easier to insert a “+” when drawing chemical reactions.
Add a feature that let the user to both highlight and color the lone pairs. Also, the current highlight action on the bond between explicit atoms highlights the explicit atom as well (see the screenshot; C-OH bond in orange).

Thank you for the feedback! We implemented this. You can now switch the preview off. Click the graduation cap (Teaching) button in the top bar and turn off Preview the next atom. You can also find it in Settings, General. It is off by default in the Educational layout. The faint bond and atom now only show when a click will really add a new atom of the same type. If you pick H and hover over a C, there is no preview, because the click will change the C into H. Please test it and check.
I love it! All features work as intended. Would it be possible to have the show errors and the switch between Lewis structure and skeletal formula as a button somewhere in the toolbar when educational mode is on? For students these will be often used buttons in my opinion.
Thanks Ramon, great to hear everything works! Both are already one click away. Click the graduation cap (Teaching) in the top bar: Show errors and Lewis structure are right there as switches, so you don’t need to open Settings. We will keep your idea of separate toolbar buttons for students in mind for a later update.
Yeah, I saw that in the drop down menu already. A separate tool bar for students would probably be best.Thanks for keeping my suggestion in mind. Also I saw that you added even more options to that menu. Great thinking!
