How to Add Lone Pair in MolDraw

This is one of the most asked MolDraw questions. Use this quick workflow inside the editor.

  1. Select the atom in your structure.
  2. Right-click the selected atom.
  3. Choose Edit.
  4. Open the Radical dropdown.
  5. Select the lone pair option and apply.

Tip: zoom in before atom selection to avoid mis-clicks on dense structures.
