# Build a reaction scheme

> Draw the reactants and products, add an arrow, then add reagents. Export as RXN, SVG or PNG. Start from a named reaction in the Library to save time.

1. Draw the starting material.
2. Draw the product to the right.
3. Add a reaction arrow between them.
4. Type reagents on the arrow.
5. Download the scheme as SVG, PNG or RXN.

## Start from a template

Open **Library** and pick a named reaction. Edit it to match your work.

> **Note:** You can paste a reaction SMILES like `CCO>>CC=O`. MolDraw draws both sides and the arrow.

Yes. Use Paste SMILES with A>>B format.
